Public Lighting Design was engaged by Hume City Council to develop a compliant and expedited lighting design for the duplication of Roxburgh Park Drive to a dual carriageway. The project aimed to enhance road safety, improve connectivity, and support increased traffic capacity in the growing Roxburgh Park area.

Working in collaboration with Jemena (DNSP), we produced detailed construction drawings and engineering calculations in accordance with AS/NZS 1158, subcategory V3, ensuring compliance with both Jemena’s network standards and council’s requirements. The design facilitated a seamless connection to Jemena’s infrastructure, supporting efficient installation and future maintenance.

Close coordination between Hume City Council, Jemena, and our team enabled the timely and efficient completion of the lighting design, allowing the duplication project to progress. The new lighting system enhances visibility, road safety, and urban connectivity, supporting safer and more efficient transport for the community.
